- IT Leadership Bootcamp – Career advancement and self-improvement training held right after the peer networking meeting

Indy IT Leadership Bootcamp
The Indy IT Leadership Bootcamp is an optional, paid set of training sessions designed to augment and complement the Indy IT Directors Council.
Hosted by Lou Russell of Moser IT, this year's bootcamp content includes:
- Building the BASE – Self-evaluation and leadership basics
- Balancing manager and leader - Business acumen and future strategy exercise
- Growing future leaders – Delegation, talent life cycle, and job benchmarks
- Minimizing churn – Focused performance, managing too much work, emotions, digital leadership and rework
Plans are underway for the 2018 IT Leadership Bootcamp, but we need your input! Please contact Doug Theis if you would like to make suggestions on content, schedule, and structure.
